Shanquella Robinson murder: Family begs Biden to order suspect’s extradition from Mexico
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Lawyers for the family of a North Carolina lady who died while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas are pleading with President Joe Biden to order the extradition of the alleged killer, who has since been identified by the family. Mexican officials currently have an arrest warrant out for Daejhanae Jackson, 26, in relation to the October 2022 killing of Shanquella Robinson, 25.
Attorneys for the Robinson family asked for quick diplomatic involvement in the international issue in a letter to President Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken. "The President or the Secretary of State must step in and ask: for the extradition of the suspect or suspects or concurrent jurisdiction and file charges in the United States," said attorneys Benjamin Clump and Sue-Ann Robinson (not related to the victim).

"An autopsy report prepared on October 30th, 2022 in Mexico by Medical Examiner Dr. Rene Adalberto Galvaan Osegura noted that Shanquella’s body had a head injury 3 and concluded that Shanquella’s cause of death was a broken neck," said the letter, as per Daily Mail. Although Jackson seems to be the main suspect, according to the letter and the family, the police have not revealed the suspect's identity yet.
Jackson was recognized as the lady who was captured on camera viciously assaulting Robinson inside the Cabo villa that some friends had hired for one of their birthday celebrations. According to the letter, Jackson and two other people transported Robinson's belongings back to her North Carolina home where they expressed their condolences to Robinson's mother and informed her that her daughter had died from alcohol poisoning. However, such was not the case.
