'Shahs of Sunset': Fans call for 'pure evil' Reza Farahan to be fired from Bravo show
In this week's episode of 'Shahs of Sunset', Reza Farahan crossed a line with his shocking statement about Mercedes 'MJ' Javid.
MJ had been upset for a while about Reza and his changed behavior towards her. He had not met her baby girl and skipped a meeting with her in the hospital. But, it could have been a fresh start for both if they had kept their misunderstandings and rage at bay. MJ and Reza begin with a simple argument that quickly snowballs into a drink-throwing, abusive, humiliating brawl.
Reza may be angered and possibly has got all the valid reasons for it, but that shouldn't have prompted him to put his best friend of 30 years down in front of a gathering of strangers. The discussion could have been had in a private space and that way their friendship would have hopefully stayed intact. But then again relationships hardly work when there's a breach of trust.
Meanwhile, fans want Reza fired from the show because his behavior towards MJ was uncalled for. "Your uterus exploded because you had 10 abortions," Reza tells MJ as he yells on top of his voice, making everyone privy to the comment.
"I was iffy this entire time b|c i know both @MercedesJavid & @RezaFarahan be low down & dirty towards one another but after this episode, #TeamMJ all day. After those comments Reza should be fired from Bravo. What a sensitive topic to throw in someones face #ShahsOfSunset," a fan wrote, while another shared: "Honestly i cant believe they allowed Reza to say something like that on TV, that shit should have been edited out or his ass should've been fired!! Him and his creepy ass husband need to go! #shahsofsunset."
"But I bet you anything Andy would never fire him like he did Phaedra! And Phaedra was EVERYTHING! Andy has his own favorites and is shady bc this behavior Reza depicted deserves him getting fired #ShahsofSunset," another viewer wrote. "Reza thinking he can talk to women whichever way he wants because he’s gay has got to stop. And if it doesn’t he needs to be fired. The things he said to @MercedesJavid were purely evil and disgusting. He has no excuse #ShahsofSunset," user shared.
