'Shahs of Sunset': GG causes health scare over mac and cheese overdose, fans slam her for being 'extra'
Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi underwent emergency surgery recently in which her fallopian tubes had to be removed. The procedure left her with no option to get pregnant the "natural way". She has been advised to use the wheelchair 80% of the time while her incision marks heal and she recovers internally as well.
However, GG was in no mood to wallow in self-pity. She went out with Destiney Rose for a botox session, which fans thought was a weird and unnecessary move. "I don't get it. For someone wanting a baby so bad. She still smokes and does Botox," a viewer wondered. In her defense, it made her feel fresh.
GG didn't stop at that. She went to the country music festival dressed as a cowgirl knowing fully well that intense and continuous physical movements will impact her health. And it did. While everyone enjoyed the music scene, GG nestled herself inside the van, moaning in pain.
She had everyone worried and even had them call paramedics. At one point, her pain was being associated with internal bleeding that could occur because of the surgery she had. Mercedes "MJ" Javid sat next to her and suggested she remain in the same position.
It was a refreshing sight and a welcome departure from the coldness that the two have shared for a while now. MJ and GG used to be great friends but not any longer. GG was appreciative of MJ reaching out to her, caring for her but she also knew that it wasn't going to be an everyday scene.
A few minutes into the scene and GG revealed that she had too much mac and cheese and that could have caused her bad belly pain, which until then had seemed like it had something to do with her recently-concluded surgery.
It was a relief for her friends but not so much for fans, who thought she was being "extra" for having everyone concerned over an overdose of mac and cheese.
"GG is surprised MJ is being compassionate?? Y’all were talking about hospitals and internal bleeding of course everyone's concerned! Then you reveal the truth of MAC & CHEESE causing digestive discomfort girl you are killing me. #shahs #ShahsofSunset #bravo #BravoTV," a fan wrote.
Another shared: "So they called the damn paramedics because this girl had Mac & cheese? GTFOH. I swear she is so extra for absolutely no f**king reason. #Shahs #ShahsofSunset."
"#ShahsofSunset GG just gotta take a serious s**t with all that Mac & Cheese she had. Probably lactose intolerance," a viewer suggested. "GG has gas after all that Mac and Cheese and is asking for an ambulance. #ShahsofSunset," a surprised fan tweeted.
