For those of you wondering, the castmate in question is Emma Hernan. While Season 5 focuses on her potentially finding love again, it looks like she almost did, with 'The Tender Bar' actor, seeing that he hit her up on the celebrity dating app, Raya.

While Hernan explores a potential romance with a client and real estate developer named Micah, she admits that Ben Affleck hit her up 'several times' on the dating app, Raya, as reported by The Daily Beast. However, Hernan didn't reciprocate the same enthusiasm as the Oscar winner. With the fourth and fifth seasons of 'Selling Sunset' being filmed one after the other, Affleck presumably hit up Hernan after his break-up with actress Ana de Armas.
While Affleck is now an engaged man, having rekindled his romance with Jennifer Lopez, this isn't the first time he's been called out for looking for love. Back in 2021, author and actress Nivine Jay matched with the actor on the app, only for her to unmatch later, thinking it was a catfish. But it was definitely the real deal, seeing that Affleck himself confirmed so. Affleck later sent her a video on Instagram, asking her why she unmatched him. He claimed that it was indeed him and that his profile was the real deal. Jay even took to TikTok to make a video about it, joking about the incident.

Although Season 5 hints at Hernan's romance with Micah, it looks like more recently, there was speculation that Hernan had gotten back with her ex, Peter Cornell. However, as reported by US Weekly, Hernan was 'not dating' as of February and was 'loving' the single life.
