We could be joining Team Christine with the return of 'Selling Sunset.' Christine Quinn finds herself on the outs with all the other ladies at the Oppenheim Group in season five of the addictive real estate reality program which premieres on Netflix on April 22.

All the drama resumes with the resumption of the series. Fans were hoping for reconciliation after Season 4 ended on a sour note with Christine's breakup from the rest of the group, even though it seemed far-fetched. Christine finally had someone to turn to this season, thanks to a new British-Norwegian agent, Chelsea Lazkani. Christine was fortunate to find an ally in Chelsea, but the brawl, the drama, and everything in between have just gotten a lot nastier.

Being an outsider is never easy. Christine, who is trying to return to work following her maternity leave, has a new ally at her side. Chelsea, whom she met at a broker's open house, immediately struck a chord with her. She attempts to persuade her to join the Oppenheim Group by introducing her to Jason Oppenheim, one of the company's two bosses. When Jason meets her, he realizes her brilliance and potential, as well as an old tie with the agent. He offers her a seat in the Oppenheim office if she gives him any promising listings.

Christine sees this as a great opportunity and chooses to work on the new listing with Chelsea. Christine occasionally rants about her fallout with the girls at work, and the two become close in a short period. Chelsea, like a good friend, has her back throughout. The two plan to host a luxury broker's open house to attract new clients while Christine assists Chelsea in meeting the rest of the Oppenheim staff. However, Christine ends up leaving the room in tears as the night that the two new gal pals were looking forward to takes a sad turn.

Maya and Davina are among the first to arrive at the event, and discuss where they stand with Christine. Meanwhile, Chelsea greets Maya and introduces herself. Even though she doesn't hold back in welcoming Chrishell with the "infamous Jason," everyone seems to adore Chelsea during the initial meeting. Christine is disturbed by Heather's absence because practically everyone from her workplace had made it. Following this, Amanda confronts Christine about the chat they had about her Heat World interview. Christine tries to justify her comments about not being invited to Heather's wedding to HGTV's Tarek El Moussa, but gets cut off every time.

When everyone gangs up on Christine and calls her out for her behavior, the conversation takes an ugly turn. No one spares Christine; they even go so far as to criticize her for all she has done to taint her relationships with everyone. While everyone wants her to take responsibility for what she has done, Christine finds their actions utterly inappropriate considering the circumstances. She exits the room sobbing, without making a fuss, and without providing any more explanation for her past behavior.

At the end of the day, she finds solace in her new friend Chelsea, who turns out to be the only one who cares about her. She even goes so far as to call it bullying. What bothers her the most is the fact that Davina, Maya, and Vanessa, whom she had formerly considered friends, had failed to defend her. While the other ladies make fun of her, Chelsea consoles her by stating, "bad bitches don't cry".

Is there any hope of reconciliation between Christine and the other girls?

While fans wish to see Christine reconcile with the other girls, it will be difficult to do so if the gesture isn't two-way. Christine felt her one-on-one talk with Heather may be the start of a fresh chapter for the two, but witnessing her absence on her big day made her reconsider. Christine's journey ahead is difficult with just Chelsea by her side at the present, but there is always hope!
