However, in the upcoming episode of the thrilling show, Chara introduces her new boyfriend Valentino to Patric. Kim goes on a date with Ryan and makes things worse with Vinson. Kenya Steven's relationship took a messier turn when her ex-boyfriend David returned to her life. Now, David wants to rekindle their relationship. David and Kenya also get intimate during the recent preview of 'Seeking Brother Husband' Season 1.

Kenya's ex David returned to her life and now wants to rekindle their relationship. Kenya and David had been together for seven years, but things ended when he got involved with another woman who wasn't comfortable with their polygamous dynamic. Kenya was on cloud nine when she saw her former flame. She ran to give a tight hug to David. They are later shown getting more intense and doing body painting with one another. However, when Carl asked why he wanted to reunite with Kenya, David noted that he wanted "affection and love". He further noted, "I feel like Kenya is the only one who can understand my lifestyle right now. I definitely feel like we have a strong connection now... that we can understand each other's perspectives." However, Kenya also has a thing for David as she noted in the episode that David is the one that she has been waiting for. She also called David the third father of her dog.
How do Kenya's partners Carl and Tiger react?
Kenya informed Carl and Tiger that an old flame is back in her life. Kenya discussed her former flame in the kitchen with her husband. But Carl and Tiger seemingly felt awkward. However, the reality star seems excited to see her ex again. Suddenly, the doorbell rang, and Kenya ran toward the door. Meanwhile, Tiger and Carl are visibly unamused with the arrival of David. Carl was happy for his wife as he has always been more comfortable with Kenya's desire to take on more partners. But Tiger seems to be jealous. In a confessional clip, Tiger noted, "It will be my first time meeting David. I'm not sure what to expect."
