Why is ‘SEAL Team’ Season 4 Episode 8 not airing this week? Here's what to expect when ‘Cover For Action’ returns
‘SEAL Team’ has been taking one too many breaks and that seems to have ruffled many feathers. Last week, the beloved action-drama series aired its seventh episode titled ‘All In’. The summary of the episode reads, “As the team continues to grapple with major changes, they are sent on a mission in Ecuador; Natalie presents a life-changing idea to Jason.”
In one promo, Jason and Natalie discuss how he is feeling after leaving the Bravo Team and he confesses that a “vacation” might not help him. She shows him the bright side of training the next set of SEALs and how he will be an asset. The next episode might bring more twists and turns to the show but this week, the showrunners announced a break. “Bravo 1 is back in action next Wednesday,” a tweet read.

What's on instead of ‘SEAL Team’?
This week, ‘SEAL Team’ will telecast an old episode in place of the eighth episode. Fans are not too happy to hear that. “Your network seems to be going out of its way to get the show canx'd. Would it possible to actually have new episodes for a couple weeks IN A ROW?” one slammed the show. But another fan clarified, “Because of COVID protocol it had to be this way. As well as for budgetary reasons. They explained and apologized for this earlier in the season. I guess you missed it.”
“Why are we only getting a new show every second or third week?? Very frustrating. If it’s COVID related just make all your episodes and show them when they are all ready,” one tweet read and another said, “CBS is trying to spread the limited number of episodes they'll have this season out so they can get to their normal May finale period.” A few, however, understood the challenges and said, “I’m just grateful this show is on at all and happy the cast and crew are staying safe and working hard to bring us the entertainment! I’ll wait as long as it takes to spend an hour with Bravo!”

‘SEAL Team’ Season 4 Episode 8 Spoilers
Titled ‘Cover For Action’, the summary reads: “When Jason returns to Bravo, tensions rise as Ray outranks him on a mission to recover military drones in Syria. Also, Sonny receives surprising news from Texas.”
It seems things might get complicated for Sonny as his childhood friend Hannah (Rachel Boston) might be back in his life. Will that shake things up for him and Davis (Toni Trucks)? Moreover, what will be Jason's reaction when Ray outranks him and how will others feel about it? Only time will tell. The new episode is written by Dana Greenblatt and Rashaan Dozier-Escalante and directed by Ruben Garcia.
