Spoilers for SEAL Team' Season 3 Episode 10

Personal and professional lives have often been blurred in 'SEAL Team'. Titled 'Unbecoming an Officer', the last episode was an example of how the Bravo Team transformed into the Bravo Family. Lisa Davis (Toni Trucks) was pulled out of a meeting for violating the code of conduct and all the team members were concerned about her so much that they couldn't stop discussing it even while hunting down a Russian arms dealer.

When she was called to explain the reason behind violating the code of conduct, she chose to keep mum and only increased her chances of being dismissed. Later, the Bravo Team stepped in to speak on her behalf and reinstated their faith in her.

"She is the best intel officer. I trust her with my life and all of our lives," Jason said, convincing the inquiry team to drop the charges. Sonny added, "Davis' entire life has been a series of tough calls, but she ain't ever made a bad one. She always puts Navy first, ahead of herself and ahead of her happiness. If that ain't character, then what is?"

Meanwhile, Ray didn't participate in their stand as he was worried that his review as a Warrant Officer could be put at risk if he defended Davis. Ultimately, he chose his career because of the house he wanted to buy for his wife, Naima. But was his decision right?

Fans seem to support his stance and have been posting how he took the right decision and ultimately, Lisa would understand why he did so.
"Ray, it was tough choice. We all know you have Davis back but you also have to take care of your career as well," one viewer wrote and another said, "Hoping Ray doesn’t beat himself up too hard about the whole Davis thing. It was a hard decision that had to be made and I think she understands that."

One fan posted, "#Ray and #Davis both made good decisions. Too bad #Davis can’t see that!" and another said, "I called it! I knew that her brothers would have her back and I understand why #Ray had to choose career it’s all good and I know that #Davis understands."

Meanwhile, some feel he should have stood up for her. "Ray should've stood up for Davis @NeilBrownJr. Not doing so will eat at him like denying that man Last Rites did when Bravo was in Mexico last season. The warrant officer gave Ray bad advice. It's going to bite him going forward," one tweet read and another said, "When Lisa was going to lie for Ray (injured) in S1...putting her career on the line for him without a question Fast forward to Ray not standing up for Lisa to protect his promotion..."

What are your thoughts about his choice to side with his personal life over professional conduct? As the next episode comes after the winter break, it will be interesting to see whether or not Ray passes his Warrant Officer review and his dynamic with Lisa Davis.
