School dinner lady, 52, offered oral sex to 12-year-old and wanted to be spanked, sent him photos of her boobs
A school dinner lady is facing jail time for offering oral sex to a 12-year-old boy and sending him pictures of her boobs. As per The Sun, Jayne Sewell not only sent numerous graphic text messages to the minor but also told him that she wanted to be spanked. Cardiff crown court was told that the 52-year-old contacted the victim via different social media platforms, like Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. Prosecutor Jeffrey Jones told the court that the messages sent to the child by the woman were "clearly sexually graphic". The prosecutor said that the texts were understandably meant for "seducing the boy". Sewell also hinted that she executed several sexual acts, but had no physical contact with the victim. The youngster’s mother was the one who informed police about Sewell and her illegal activities after finding the graphic messages on her son’s phone.
Sewell was given eight months behind bars, suspended for two years, by Judge Recorder Paul Lewis, after she pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual communication with a child under 16. The judge also asked her to register as a sex offender for five years. Lewis said to the woman that she missed the chance of going directly to the jail by a "hair's breadth", before blaming her for the "wholly inappropriate" messages.
"Children have to be protected from predatory adults, and that is what I regard you as - a predatory adult,” the judge added. In addition to the sentencing, Sewell has also been banned from contacting boys under the age of 16.
The court heard that Sewell earlier used to work as a nurse before joining the school. Defense lawyer Thomas Roberts said that she became jobless, and also lost her husband and home because of her deeds that she admitted to be "abhorrent".
In another incident, a Missouri student teacher was sentenced for sending nudes to three 13-year-old boys and asking one of them repeatedly to have sex with her. Emily L. Edson was given four years in jail on October 22 after she pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual misconduct with a child and one count of promoting child pornography in Vernon County Circuit Court.
Edson’s crimes were brought to light by the mother of one of the three male students, whom the 39-year-old had been sending inappropriate messages. The mother reported her to the police on May 20, 2017, after which an investigation was launched. The teacher was then slapped with a charge that included having a nude photo of two students on her phone in June that year. However, later a search warrant was obtained and Edson's cell phone was seized by the authorities on May 26, 2017. After securing another search warrant after her arrest, her computer, electronic tablet, and CDs were also seized.
In February, new charges were brought against Edson after it was discovered that she sent naked snaps of herself to three teenagers of the school, where she worked as a teacher. An affidavit also stated that she repeatedly asked for sexual relations from one of the boys and spoke with him in a sexual manner.
