SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Despite being accused of repeatedly having sex with a 14-year-old boy, a Sydney heiress and lifestyle expert was freed on bail and has been handed further allowances during the Christmas period. Savannah Daisley is accused of engaging in an illegal intercourse with the teen four times in one day in May of last year.

Police said that before allegedly having sex with the kid, the 45-year-old told him she felt a certain way and gave him wine. She allegedly ordered the 14-year-old to keep quiet about the relationship afterward and claimed it was an isolated incident, according to police. Police said that after legally listening in on the conversation with the teen, Daisley admitted to some of the offenses that were tapped on a phone call as reported by News AU. It is also reported that the content of the call will be used in court during the trial. The successful business owner was apparently quite drunk when the offenses were committed, according to the testimony given in court. Although formal pleas have not been recorded, her attorneys have said she will fight the four counts of aggravated sexual contact with a child.

Earlier this year, Daisley's bail was changed to enable her to handle business and financial affairs connected to her company. The businesswoman owns Smart Cleanse, a company that promotes cleansing and good health and is sponsored by celebrities. Due to her two-week detox program and two books on well-being, the self-described naturopath has about 40,000 Instagram followers. Ross Daisley, a champion horse breeder and Savannah’s father, had earlier provided a $100,000 guarantee for her bail. A requirement of her bail is that she lives with her parents in a posh region of the Southern Highlands. Earlier, Daisley was permitted to meet children by the court but only under supervision.

In Sydney Downing Centre Local Court, the heiress was given even more generous bail terms. Although she is confined to the home by a daily curfew from 10 pm to 6 am, Daisley will now be allowed to leave unattended during the day. According to court documents, Daisley is required to report to the police twice a week and submit to a drug and alcohol test in order to make sure she is not violating the terms of her bail. She cannot speak to the alleged victim or any witnesses and she is prohibited from being around kids unless they are being watched. On December 22, Daisley will be back in court where a trial regarding charges of child sexual abuse will be presented against her.
