She shot to fame as a sex siren in Hollywood courtesy her sexy dance with a python around her body in the crime-vampire film 'From Dusk Until Dawn' which came out in 1996. Salma Hayek has now proved with her new social media post that true beauty lies within.
The 52-year-old actress is embracing getting older and is doing so with grace. She posted a picture of her greying hair up on Instagram recently with a caption: "#proud of my white hair. #hair," as per the Daily Mail.
In the selfie, the Mexico-born star can be seen looking straight into the camera with a beaming smile and her dark long hair prominently exposed. Upon a closer look, one can see a number of grey (or white, as Hayek calls them) strands of hair along each side of her face.
It looks like the 'Frida' actress is holidaying by the beach somewhere for she was recently spotted dressed a white blouse with a mesh design around the top frontal region in one of her latest social media posts. Hayek began her career as an actress and model in Mexico, and never looked back.
Hayek, who is married to businessman Francois-Henri Pinault, received her big breakthrough role in Hollywood in 1995 with 'Desperado' alongside Antonio Banderas. And the next year, the talented screen sired danced her way into people's hearts with her iconic scene in 'From Dusk Until Dawn', which also starred George Clooney and writer Quentin Tarantino.
The actress has shared in various interviews she's given in the past that she is aware that people think she is beautiful. However, at the same time, the actress revealed that she also knows that beauty is inside of us all, and all it takes is some internal work to find it.
"You've got to take who you are and love who you are and do the best you can with what you've got," she told InStyle. "That goes for the figure, and it goes for everything else," she added. "You've got to have a sense of humor about who you are and give yourself a break. You've got to be kind to yourself. And it's not easy, you know?"

The star is currently filming her new drama 'Molly' in the UK that features an all-star cast including Elle Fanning, Laura Linney, Chris Rock, and Javier Bardem.
