Sunhe and Angelica have always shared a tight bond. The mother-daughter revealed they love doing everything together and it means even taking a shower. However, their relationship was strained once Jason entered Angelica's life. Angelica and Jason were getting serious and after dating for nearly two years, he knew it was time to take the next step in life.

Jason thought of proposing Angelica but Sunhe was not happy because he was not legally divorced. While Jason and his wife had separated, they had not filed the divorce papers yet. Sunhe made it clear that there will be no marriage until there was a legal divorce.

Jason agreed and as they return for another season of the show, things get more complicated. Sunhe was concerned about her relationship with Angelica as she felt they had been falling apart. Sunhe revealed Angelica forgot to give her a goodbye kiss or tell her where she was headed to. She thought it was an act that was never done before.

Sunhe decided to trace Angelica using her phone and found out she was at the spa. This left her surprised as the spa was something they did together. She was curious to know who was with her and as she walked in, she wasn't happy to find out it was Jason who was with her. Angelica revealed they were on a date but Sunhe did not seem to care. Sunhe told Angelica she wanted to talk but it seemed like the timing was not right. Hearing this, Sunhe decided to join them and took a seat next to them. While the awkwardness was evident for everyone to see, Jason thought it might be the perfect time to break the good news.

Jason revealed the divorce papers and stated he and his ex-wife would be signing it the next day. Angelica could not control her emotions and tears started rolling down her cheeks. Meanwhile, Sunhe was not ready to accept that she might have to give up on Angelica.

Sunhe suggested that she and Angelica join Jason for the divorce paper signing. Jason was left shocked with this request but she justified her actions by stating she wanted to be present there in person to be certain that the divorce went through.

She further explained that Jason had waited for two years to get the divorce and looking at this she could not trust him. Angelica agreed and thought it would be best if they were there too. While Jason agreed, Sunhe thought this might be her last chance to take control of actions.

She admitted she wasn't going to stop until Angelica would come back to her while adding that she hoped the divorce did not go through. Will Sunhe manage to stop this divorce or will she create more distance between her and Angelica?

'sMothered' airs on Sundays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
