Angelica and Jason have been dating for nearly three years but they have always had a hard time getting approval from Sunhe. While Angelica has been sure that he is the one for her, Sunhe thought that Jason never stepped up and took responsibility. Seeing how he was married to his ex-wife and still paid the phone bill for his ex-girlfriend, Sunhe wondered if Jason would ever take control over things.
After a lot of disagreements, Jason finally decided to take matters in his hand and gave Sunhe everything she had asked for while making sure there was no room for complaints. Seeing how things were improving between Sunhe and him, Jason decided to take Angelica to a getaway. The two decided to spend some time together after having certain ups and downs in their relationship. Ahead of their arrival, Jason had planned everything. Right from reserving a boat to having a table set up with some champagne and chocolates, he knew exactly how to make an evening romantic.
While Jason was excited to propose, Angelica confessed to the camera that she had been keeping a big secret from Jason. As she decided to speak up, Jason interrupted her and spoke about how much he loved her. Jason further added that he no longer saw life without her and presented her with the ring.
Angelica was shocked but was quick to reply with a yes. As the two celebrated their engagement, Angelica finally decided to break the news. She informed Jason that they are pregnant and would be welcoming a baby soon. This news took Jason by surprise but he admitted that he was ready to have a family with her. While the two celebrated two happy news, Angelica decided to call her mother and inform her about the engagement. Undoubtedly, Sunhe was happy for both of them and admitted that she was ready to welcome Jason with open arms. With tension always being around Sunhe and Jason, he was happy to see that she was ready to let go of the past.
Sunhe admitted that she was happy for Angelica and asked Jason to always take care of her. Meanwhile, Jason thought Sunhe would be a good mother-in-law and an even better grandmother.
