‘RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race’: Babykins La Roux aka Jordan Connor wins and fans say he deserved it

Although fans were initially disappointed with the lineup of celebrities brought on the show, the celebs did not disappoint with their amazing talent. The premiere episode of ‘RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race’ featured Jodan Connor, Jeremy Folwer and Nico Tortorella competing against each other to win money for the charity of their choice. All three contestants picked some amazing charities and were groomed by the Queen Supremes, who are fan-favorite contestants and winners of previous seasons of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’.
 
The contestants quickly embraced their drag persona and with the help of their Queen Supreme’s mentoring, they gave a splendid performance. For the snatch round, each of the celebrity picked a persona and impersonated them. Jeremy fowler displayed exceptional comic skills while playing the role of Kevina Hart, while Jordan Connor as Chrissy Teigen was great too. Fans were initially divided on who should win the episode. While a few picked Jordan, others chose Jeremy.

The lip-syncing round made it crystal clear that Jordan aka Babykins La Roux would win the show. Babykins La Roux perfectly lip-synced to Madonna’s song and seemed to genuinely enjoy it, while Jeremy seemed to be clueless with the lyrics of the song and kept fumbling. So, the judges decided to bestow the title of “celebrity drag queen” to Babykins La Roux aka Jordan for an entertaining performance.

Fans were thrilled with Jordan’s victory and took to their Twitter to express it. A fan tweeted, “Can’t stop thinking about Jordan now, a true queen wheeew  #CelebDragRace.”

Another fan wrote, “Look, after watching that lipsync, jordan deserved that win! im not mad at him winning at all! #CelebDragRace.”

“#DragRace I was so much more charmed and touched by #CelebDragRace than I thought I would be.Jordan as Babykins LaRue MWAH deserved that win.Jermaine as Ms. Mimi Teapot, not only hilarious and gorgeous in drag, when he said he got to see his mom again, through himself ...gurl,” expressed a fan.
 
Another fan shared, “I was hating on #celebdragrace but it turned out to be entertaining. babykins la roux surely slayed those challenges and deserved to win. congrats @thejordanconnor!.”
