Does Rudy Giuliani have '60-70 witnesses' to prove poll 'fraud'? Ex-mayor slammed after threatening to sue Dems

Since president-elect Joe Biden won this year's elections, Republicans have questioned the Democratic leader's victory. Now President Donald Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, has claimed to file as many as 10 lawsuits after making a slew of allegations about what he called "systemic voter fraud" in the polls. Giuliani has also claimed that he has 50 people who will testify in Pennsylvania about the "fraud", although added: "I can’t show all of the witnesses" immediately.

The allegations of a massive multi-state fraud, including dead people voting, back-dated votes and observers barred from their stations, come as another top Trump advisor, Chris Christie, warned that Republicans won't follow Trump "blindly" if he doesn't gather actual evidence.

"Right now, we have one" lawsuit, Giuliani told Fox News Channel host Maria Bartiromo, who took Trump's interview in 2016, where the POTUS had said that Democrats have "spied" on his campaign. "We have two that are being drafted. And the potential is ten. We haven't investigated all of those states. Do you want an estimate? By the end of the week we’ll have four or five," Giuliani said.

Speaking of his claims, he said, "This is documented on videotape. There are upwards of 50 witnesses. And this will be the subject of a lawsuit that we file tomorrow for violating civil rights, for conducting an unfair election, for violating the law of the state, for treating Pittsburgh and Philadelphia different than the rest of the state, which is an equal protection violation, which goes under Bush vs Gore." At another point, Giuliani stated: "We have about 60 or 70 witnesses." But at the press conference on Saturday, November 7, in Pennsylvania, he said some of the witnesses fear reprisal and won't come forward now. He also stated the number of witnesses "is pretty big numbers in Wisconsin" where Biden also won, as well as "four or five witnesses already in Georgia" where the Democrat was leading.

During the interview, Bartiromo asked if this was systemic and he has got all of this evidence. "Where is Bill Barr on this?" she asked. "The answer to that is I don’t’ know and I can’t worry about it," Giuliani replied. "The mail ballots were set from the begging to be fraught with fraud. Put that up together we’re up to about 8-900,000 votes that were completely invalid," he added. Christie warned Trump that fellow Republicans will not back him "blindly" in his election fight if he doesn't come forward with actual evidence of voter fraud. "If your basis for not conceding is that there was voter fraud, then show us. Show us. Because if you can’t show us, we can’t do this. We can’t back you blindly without evidence," Christie told ABC News.
