Rubi Rose stranded by Lil Tjay after she hooked up with him amid quarantine, gets slammed for being a 'dummy'
It was rapper Lil Tjay’s 19th birthday on April 30, so he decided to have some fun and flew in fellow rapper Rubi Rose to spend the day with him. The duo seemed to have a great time, as Tjay posted snaps of their meetup on his Snapchat. Things, however, didn’t end on a good note for Rubi when it was time for her to go back home.
She only got a one-way ticket from Tjay, so she asked him money to pay for her airline ticket to fly back home, only for him to refuse to shell out the money. Rubi was furious and reportedly called the cops on him. Tjay put up a story of Rubi sitting on his bed looking upset, with a caption saying that he broke her heart so she called the cops.
When fans found out that Rubi was stranded by Tjay, they all blamed her poor decision to fly down to meet him during quarantine. A fan tweeted, “I wanna know why rubi rose ass flying out to see a n**** wen we supposed to be social distancing.” Another fan wrote, “I want to feel bad for Rubi Rose but why would you hop on a plane to f**k an 18yr old and expect him to act mature about the situation? Idc her and lil tjay are both dummies.”

Another fan shared, “Rubi Rose needs to take a sabbatical and think about where's she's headed in life. That was a BIG L to take. Treat your body like a temple, not a McDonalds..”

Several fans recounted an incident from the past, when Rubi turned down a date with rapper DDG, just because she was eight days older to him. Fans couldn’t help but compare Tjay to DDG and questioned her choice to hook up with a 19-year-old but turn down a man of her age, just because he’s a few days younger than her. A fan tweeted, “Rubi rose, 21, friendzoned a n***a cause he was 8 days younger than her only to get flewed out by lil tjay who’s 18.” Another fan wrote, “Rubi Rose played my mans DDG ... FOR LIL TJAY?!??!??!? I-"
