'Rock The Block': Release date, cast, plot, trailer, and everything else about HGTV's new home renovation series

With just a few days left for the series to premiere, here's everything you need to know about HGTV's new series 'Rock The Block'. 

HGTV has a new lineup that is slated to premiere on the network this fall. Titled 'Rock The Block', the series revolves around home renovations that will feature four of the network's famed renovation experts. 

They describe it as the ultimate showdown between "the fiercest women in the home renovation and design business." With just a few days left for the series to premiere, here's everything you need to know about HGTV's new series 'Rock The Block'. 

Release Date 

'Rock The Block' releases on October 21, 2019, only on HGTV. 

Plot 

According to HGTV, it is the "ultimate showdown between the fiercest women in the home renovation and design business'. With only four weeks and $175,000 each. (They) will face-off to max-out identical properties in the Los Angeles area—with the goal to add the most property value to each home." 

Cast 



 

Leanne Ford 

Leanne Ford is a famed interior designer from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She rose to fame and gained national attention after she restored and designed a schoolhouse in her hometown. Leanne describes her signature as “modern yet lived-in” aesthetic. She is also the co-host of Restored by the Fords on the Network 

Alison Victoria 

Alison Victoria is an interior designer in her hometown of Chicago. She renovates homes on the newly released HGTV series 'Windy City Flip'. Previously Alison was seen in DIY's 'Kitchen Crashers', as the first female host in the popular franchise. 

Jasmine Roth 

Jasmine Roth is an interior designer and the host of the networks' new series 'Hidden Potential'. Jasmine's first build was her own house. Jasmine's designs are all inspired by the homeowners themselves. 

Mina Starsiak

Mina Starsiak is the star in HGTV's series 'Good Bones'. She and her mother are a flipping duo who star together in the same series. Mina is a real-estate agent and owns an Indianapolis-based home renovation business. 

Drew Scott from the 'Property Brothers' and a real estate expert will be the host of the series. 

Trailer 

It's time to rock the block as the trailer features the four top female designers all amped up and ready for the ultimate showdown. The teaser showcased Jasmine saying that this is her turf, while Alison says that she doesn't like to lose. Leanne spoke about the show being fun while Mina adds her part in by saying that she will crush the competition. We can't wait to see the outcome.
