'Real Housewives of Potomac': Robyn falls behind on taxes, fans wonder if Gizelle will make a t-shirt about it

Robyn Dixon finally might have something to contribute to 'The Real Housewives of Potomac'. A real storyline and even though problematic, Robyn finally got some screentime on the October 11 episode. She met with Candiace Dillard to check up on her after the huge fight with Monique that had 'RHOP' fans asking for Monique's exit from the cast. She also updated Candiace about the meeting the rest of the housewives had at Karen Huger's house, the one where Monique said she felt no remorse for her getting physically violent against her once close friend. Candiace went ahead to shed a few tears as the memories of that fight with Monique came back to her and felt worse when she heard that the latter didn't feel guilty for having acted that way. However, that didn't stop her from deviating from that incident and asking Robyn about the blog that said she was falling back on taxes and owed almost $90K in taxes. 

Robyn brushed it off saying she forgot to hire an accountant to help her in this situation and that she needs to fix it. Robyn's financial woes have been out in the open for quite some time and have been reported about, quite a lot. According to new reports, the RHOP star owes $4,057 from 2015, $34,030 from 2016, and a whopping $48,377 from 2017. Bossip originally reported that the IRS placed a lien for the unpaid taxes, all this after she'd filed for bankruptcy in 2013. She and her ex-husband but current boyfriend Juan Dixon had trusted a friend with their money and ended up being scammed. Unfortunately, the friend also ended his life after getting caught. 

It'd be interesting to see how the 'RHOP' ladies would react to Robyn's tax woes in the upcoming episodes given the fact that they were not very kind toward Karen and Ray Huger when they went through their share of problems with their taxes in 2017. Castmate Gizelle Bryant had even worn a t-shirt with #FreeKaren, #FreeUncleBen, and #TaxReform written on it, at a press conference Karen held to address Ray's tax debt. Fans are now asking if she will exhibit the same energy for her friend Robyn after learning about her tax issues. 

"I wonder if Gizelle is going to make a t-shirt about Robyn's taxes too. That woman was cruel to Karen. #RHOP" wrote a fan. "#RHOP where is Gizelle's tax t-shirt for Robyn," wrote another. "So is Gizelle gonna troll Robyn like she did Karen about her taxes #RHOP," read another tweet. "Where’s Gizelle with the T-shirts celebrating Robyn’s unpaid taxes? I want her to keep that same energy she had for Karen #rhop," wrote another.

Reminding Robyn of karma, for trolling Karen and Ray for their taxes, a fan wrote, "Robyn remember when you clowned Karen for her husband tax issue! The world don’t like ugly karmas a bitch #rhop"
