Roblox seized? Or is it shut down for good? These were questions plaguing fans on Twitter after a user posted an image of the gaming platform's domain being seized. The image saw multiple agencies listed as part of the law enforcement action. This led to a widespread debate on social media when fans questioned if this was true or just fake news. Not to mention, there was some mockery on the side as well.

"Trump found out Barron made contact with the alts/gays and shut it down," a fan tweeted. "broo they found out about Barron and his lgbt badges," another seconded. "Are they gonna shut it down for good?" a fan asked. "Lol, this can't be real. Notice how it's a US Seizure but foreign agencies are listed. Great joke tho lmao," a fan observed. "Is that a meme or is that real, I genuinely cannot tell. This is some high effort s**tposting," a fan tweet read. "Trump really shut down Roblox?" a fan asked.

"Even if this was really what would a seizure warrant be issued for LMFAO," a fan asked. "that's photoshopped and fake ROBLOX hasn't been seized," a fan wrote. "The Federal government does not need a warrant to shut down a website and seize assets if it either being attacked by foreign governments or terrorist activists. Also, if the company itself is involved with a conspiracy to commit treason or is involved with dangerous federal crimes," one remarked.

It does appear that a majority of the fans believe the news was fake. "you could see how badly it's done, Fake FS"  a fan exclaimed while "WTF" was a common reply to those who were unsure of what was happening. Earlier this year, a Daily Star report wrote on rumors of Roblox shutting down their servers in March only for the game creation system platform to respond to the news calling it fake.

An Express report said that Roblox's server was down and nobody had an idea when it would come back online. The site also added that Roblox was worth $2.5 Billion (via Business Insider).
