HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA: A Florida personal injury lawyer was reportedly shot dead by his oldest son who then turned the gun on himself. The prominent attorney, 66-year-old Robert Fenstersheib, was killed in a murder-suicide which left a third person seriously injured on Wednesday, September 9, morning. Fenstersheib's longtime girlfriend Hong Pen was left seriously injured as a result of the shooting.

Hollywood Police were called to the Oakridge gated community in Hollywood close to Fort Lauderdale where they found two men dead. A public information officer for Hollywood Police, Christian Lata shared, "Upon officers' arrival on scene, they observed two deceased male victims with possible gunshot wounds. We are investigating it. We are trying to obtain witnesses. Trying to obtain any evidence that we can find to get to know what happened in this situation."

"Further investigation revealed there was a third victim on the scene as well with a gunshot wound. That victim was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in serious but stable condition. At this time, detectives of the Hollywood Police Department homicide unit are investigating the incident. As soon as more information becomes available, we will be forthcoming with that information," Lata added.

"I believe that once we speak to the third victim and get some information, we might be able to come to a conclusion," Lata continued. According to a report by WFOR-TV, a family spokesperson, Scott Mager, revealed that Robert Fenstersheib was fatally shot by his oldest son, Michael Anthony Bradley.

Mager shared, "He shot both Robert and his longtime girlfriend Hong Pen and then killed himself using the weapon." It has been reported that Fenstershieb had his own personal injury practice called the Fenstersheib Law Group in Hallandale Beach in Florida.

In the area, his firm was recognized by Fenstersheib's 'Tell Robert' TV commercials. Mager revealed that Pen had surgery and is expected to survive. He also pointed out how Michael had been suffering from mental health issues and battled addiction.

"Michael lost that battle today," Mager said to WSVN. He also described the victim as "an unbelievable human being, an amazing person, an unbelievable father, a great leader, just a phenomenal human being. If you didn't have a chance to meet him, you really missed a special and unique individual."

A colleague of Fenstersheib who worked as a paralegal, Alexandra Arguello, said, "One thing that he really made sure he did was he let his clients know he was there for them. I feel for his kids. I feel for his employees, his friends. It's just something that you don't ever think is going to happen to someone you know."

Many social media users took to Facebook to comment on the news of his death. One such user shared, "What a tragedy. There is more than mental illness in this story there has to be a cause for his snap." Another commented and wrote, "I graduated high school with his son, Michael. This is just so sad..."

"Unfortunately, we can’t tell Robert anything, anymore!" pointed out yet another Facebook user who echoed the same sentiments. "So sad He was such a nice man," wrote another.
