Donald Trump Jr's 'gooey eyes' during RNC speech has Internet convinced he's high: 'Cocaine is a helluva drug'
Donald Trump Jr took the stage on the first night of the Republican National Convention on August 24 to praise his father as "the man who represents a bright and beautiful future for all" while at the same time ripping apart Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden as the "Loch Ness Monster of the swamp". But instead of focusing on his words, people did not seem to be able to get past his appearance on the night.
Shortly after his speech, his name along with the word "cocaine" started trending on Twitter. People started posting hilarious reactions and memes pointed out that he looked work out and that his eyes drooped during his speech. The following are some of the reactions.
"When you don't know what #cocaine is You're just sad you're dad's probably gonna be President for 4 more years due to voter & legislative apathy & it killed your buzz."

"Would anyone be surprised if Don Jr. and his wife did their RNC speeches on cocaine? That seems incredibly on brand to me."

Trump Jr claimed during his speech that "the other party is attacking the very principles on which our nation was founded". "Joe Biden and the radical left are also now coming for our freedom of speech and want to bully us into submission. If they get their way, it will no longer be the ‘silent majority', it will be the ‘silenced majority,'" he warned.
In retaliation to the Democrats slamming the president over his response to the coronavirus pandemic at the DNC last week, Trump Jr used his speech to give kudos to his father for how the government responded to the crisis plaguing the country. "As the virus began to spread, the president acted quickly and ensured ventilators got to hospitals that needed them most. He delivered PPE to our brave frontline workers. And he rallied the mighty American private sector, to tackle this new challenge," the POTUS' eldest son emphasized. "There is more work to do, but there is light at the end of the tunnel."
