Spoilers for 'Rick and Morty' Season 4 Episode 9 'Childrick of Mort'

In the latest episode for 'Rick and Morty', the duo is set to go out for a camping trip with Summer (Spencer Grammer), Jerry (Chris Parnell) and Beth (Sarah Chalke). Jerry seems to have planned the most of it for he seems to be the most excited for this adventure.

All plans are delayed when Rick gets an SOS from a baby mama - an entire planet, who he calls Gaia, is now bearing his children. Rick heads to the planet along with the family and begins to build a civilization with Beth. Elsewhere, Summer rudely berates Jerry insulting him for messing everything up. "Summers so f***ed lmaoo," tweeted a fan.

Of course, the family trip is not without any drama. As is not surprising is the fact that Beth and Jerry's marriage is pretty much the same. "Good to see that Beth and Jerry's marriage hasn't improved in the slightest," noted a fan. "Everyone in this family had some sort of issue and I kinda love it," tweeted a fan.

As it then turns out, Rick is not really the father, but God is - literally God. When he returns to claim his parentage, it leads to a war between Rick and Morty. "Rick Sanchez vs GOD is something I didn’t expect #RickandMorty," tweeted a fan. "God vs Science! Who will win? #RickandMorty," added another. "Can’t believe Rick f***ed a planet and is now fighting god," tweeted one.

"The lab coat is coming off! Rick and God are having a "Ultimate Dad Off" #RickandMorty," added another.

And even though we were glad to have Jerry back after a long time, fans, although amused, are not surprised at his fate. "Oh, brother... Leave it to Jerry to f**k everything up again," tweeted one. "JERRY IS NOW AN AVATAR OF GOD OH NO THIS TRIP IS A DISASTER," added another.

'Childrick of Mort' is yet another brilliant episode this season and an upgrade from the previous one. "This new season of Rick and Morty has been rad af," tweeted a fan. "Another very good rick and morty episode," added another.

"Wow. So much to unpack in this episode..." tweeted one. At the same time, many were left wondering what exactly is the lesson behind the episode. "So wtf was the moral of this story? F**k nature? F**k god?"

'Rick and Morty' airs on Sundays on Adult Swim at 11.30 pm ET/PT.
