SANDY CITY, UTAH: Jen Shah appears to have a penchant for counterfeits, as the feds claim they confiscated a slew of counterfeit designer bags and jewelry during a raid on her Utah home. As per new legal documents acquired by TMZ, the 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' actress was sitting on a treasure mine of knockoffs, including more than 30 counterfeit luxury bags and over 40 counterfeit luxury jewels.

This year, Jen Shah was indicted for her alleged participation in a long-running telemarketing fraud while recording Season 2 of 'The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' — and all eyes are on the Bravo starlet as she faces up to 14 years in jail. Jen was introduced to Bravo audiences during Season 1 of 'RHOSLC,' which aired in 2020. She rapidly became a divisive figure in the franchise, with fans questioning her role and the necessity for many aides. On March 30, 2021, not long after production on Season 2 of 'RHOSLC' began, Jen and one of her on-screen assistants, Stuart Smith, were arrested in Utah.

Jen and Stuart, according to HSI Special Agent-in-Charge Peter C Fitzhugh, "built their opulent lifestyle at the expense of vulnerable, often elderly, working-class people." Jen is "embarrassed," a source told US Weekly at the time, by the controversy, which involved the collaboration of NYPD officers, Homeland Security Investigations, and the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York. As of July 2022, when Jen became the final defendant to amend her plea, every defendant in the case has pled guilty to their particular crimes. As part of a plea bargain, she pled guilty to conspiracy to conduct wire fraud.

When the feds raided Jen's house in March 2021 as part of an investigation into her fraud case, they seized all of her knockoffs. Jen was forced to forfeit $6.5 million in reparations after pleading guilty to conspiracy to conduct wire fraud, and the feds have now revealed the inventory of the things. The list also includes actual luxury handbags and jewelry, such as bling from castmate Meredith Marks' firm, which should help her pay off her debt.

For the feds, the latest raid on Jen's Utah house was a new finding of counterfeit collection. The collection featured counterfeit bags from labels such as Fendi, Jimmy Choo, Gucci, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Balenciaga, and Chanel, the majority of which were created in China. Jen's phony jewelry comprised items purporting to be designed by Tiffany & Co, Hermes, Gucci, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Chanel, and Bulgari.

After Jen Shah was conspicuously missing at BravoCon in October 2022 — despite being in New York City — Andy Cohen reportedly revealed her ouster from the show ahead of Season 4.
