'Real Housewives of Potomac': Gizelle Bryant mocks Robyn Dixon's wig, slammed for wearing a 'carpet rug'

The recent episode of 'Real Housewives of Potomac' proved that the Potomac housewives take their wigs very seriously. When housewife Robyn Dixon decided to show up to an event hosted by her fellow housewife Wendy Osefo in a brand new wig, she got some rather interesting feedback from the ladies. Robyn, who is usually seen sporting a short hairstyle, decided to shake things up and donned a maroon-colored curly wig, which gently grazed her shoulders.

When her fellow housewives first noticed her brand new wig, they all collectively mocked it in their green room interviews. Candiace Dillard Bassett openly wondered if the wig was part of Robyn's disguise to hide from the IRS, who she owes a huge chunk of money as taxes. Candiace questioned in her confessional, "Are you hiding from IRS?" While the grand dame expressed her disapproval of Robyn's new look with a subtle declaration of how it wasn't a good look.

Ashley Darby blatantly stated that she didn't like Robyn's wig. It was Gizelle Bryant's response to Robyn's wig which had fans all up in arms. Gizelle poked fun at Robyn's wig by calling it "cheap and synthetic." She then added that the wig shouldn't be repeated, and deserved to be burnt. When fans saw Gizelle making such lofty statements, they couldn't help but notice that the housewife herself was in a bad wig while she was throwing shade at her fellow housewife.

A fan tweeted, "Gizelle got a lot of nerve talking about Robyn’s wig when she’s wearing a carpet rug. #RHOP." Another fan wrote, "Gizelle saying Robyn needs to get rid of her wig meanwhile... #rhop." Several fans felt that Gizelle should be the last person to mock anyone's wigs considering her longstanding tryst of wearing ugly wigs. A fan commented, "Gizelle should never speak on anyone’s wig look at them edges. And Robyn’s wig is not that bad...it’s different...Candiace dead a$$ wrong, is she hiding from the IRS #NoShowsAndShowDowns #RHOP." Another fan joked, "Someone needs to call the fashion police on Robyn’s confessional look with the wig and sequin dress. I think Gizelle’s tacky style is rubbing off on her. #RHOP."
