Snarky 'RHONY' insiders slam Bethenny Frankel, even as her BStrong donates a MILLION hazmat suits to New York

Former 'Real Housewives of New York' cast member Bethenny Frankel tells it like it is. When the newest episode of the famed Bravo series 'RHONY' aired this week, the reality TV star said the show was like a proverbial middle finger and uninspiring. Her comment was met with some fierce reactions that came from production insiders.

Some were left surprised about how she criticized the very show that brought her success while others thought that it was good riddance to her.

"This is someone who called her cast members every horrific name under the sun for years and yet she can't comprehend that they are happy to have her off the show," production sources told Daily Mail.

This came after Bethenny told Extra: "The women have definitely had some unpleasant things to say about me… I wish them well," which prompted another strong reaction from one of the sources who said it was a "desperate and pathetic attempt to remain in the spotlight."

Interestingly, if we take a look at Bethenny and her BStrong Foundation, we'll learn she is not the vile woman people are making her out to be. For years, she has given her time, money, and effort into providing timely assistance to families hit by a crisis.

It's a disaster relief initiative that partners with communities to understand better the pressing needs of people residing in affected areas.

According to the foundation's website, BStrong has (and continues to) delivered 195,000 pounds of supplies to people affected by 2019's category 5 Hurrican Dorian that struck the Bahamas. It has also assisted in as many as 850 evacuations.

More recently, it has collaborated with manufacturers to ensure PPE kits and masks reach people in need to fight the current COVID-19 crisis that has gripped the entire world.

"We distributed a million biohazard hazmat suits to the governor of New York, 200,000 masks to the mayor of New York… Matthew McConaughey and Camila McConaughey have committed to several hundred thousand dollars of aid in Louisiana and Texas, Billy Joel [gave] half a million dollars of aid to New York… so we're getting a lot of good donations," Bethenny informed Extra.
