'Real Housewives of New Jersey' had an interesting revelation this week and the internet couldn't be happier. Jennifer Aydin's brother spoke openly about his sexual orientation as Jennifer lent a patient ear. It was heartwarming to see the siblings have a heart-to-heart about his story more so because their parents haven't been very supportive of the fact that he's gay.

It all began with Jennifer backtracking as to why he opted for music in college. Explaining his stance, Jennifer's brother said people like him get appreciated in creative fields, adding that he could be himself when he was playing music. It must have been so hard for the little boy to put together such brave thoughts at a time when he was supposed to worry about dates and trophies.

Jennifer was extremely understanding and even shared the news with her kids, who were equally receptive. "You like what you like," Jennifer told her eldest, Gabriella, who seemed so sorted in her head about complex issues such as these. And the viewers are all very happy how Jennifer and her family were able to handle such a topic this delicately.

"It’s refreshing to see Jennifer support her brother. I wasn't expecting that. “You like who you like and that’s it” #RHONJ," a user wrote while another labeled her a "queen" for standing up for gay rights or at least being supportive of it. "Jennifer’s daughter saying that her uncle being gay didn’t matter, warmed my heart so much. I have so much hope for the next generation in terms of acceptance #RHONJ," another fan shared.

Meanwhile, Jennifer tweeted that she has been teaching her kids the value of importance and that there's nothing "wrong" in boys liking other boys. "Ever since my kids were little, I’ve tried to teach them acceptance. They would see tv shows with 2 boys as a couple, they would say “mommy mommy look!” & I would say ”What’s wrong with that? people like who they like” and then they would be like “oh ok”.Kids learn by example #rhonj," she posted minutes ahead of the episode aired.

Jennifer was on a roll in this week's episode. And that became evident when she sat Gabrielle down for a little chat about her bullying episode in school. The little girl was visibly dejected as she narrated how one of her schoolmates threw a ball at her on purpose and later threw shade at her. Jennifer calmly explained that not everyone will like her and that's alright because she'll always find people who care for her.
