ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: Alexis Bellino shared her iconic love story with the Bravoverse right away after returning to 'The Real Housewives of Orange County'. Fans can't help but grimace as she tries to elevate her man's status.
She stated, "November 18, John Janssen walked into my life. I met John at The Quiet Woman. Shannon does not own The Quiet Woman. I’ve been going there for over a decade."
Alexis added, “But anywho, John walks in and ends up sitting in my booth. We tried to fight the feelings. Unfortunately, the heart wants what it wants.”
As Heather Dubrow points out, she said, "I don't think I have heard a better rebrand since Mayo went to Aioli."
Fans blast Alexis for trying to portray her new beau (whom the fandom has met as Shannon Beador's boyfriend previously) in a new light.

Alexis Bellino claims Shannon Beador jealous of 'RHOC' costar's relationship with ex John Janssen
When Alexis and Shannon eventually met one another in the season premiere at Heather Dubrow's party, Shannon opened the conversation by claiming that Alexis was engaged in her ex's defamation case and discussing how the difficult legal process had damaged her and her children. Shannon went on to say that she didn't want to be "best buddies" with Alexis, but she could "be in a room with you."
Alexis reacted to Shannon's allegations by denying any involvement with the lawsuit. Instead, she claimed that their problems stemmed from her continuous relationship with John rather than their legal background.
Alexis told cameras that she was "baffled" by Shannon's fresh assertions.
When Alexis refused to "rehash" their legal drama, Shannon threatened to "dig up" the original cease and desist order to make her point. The mother of three reiterated her accusations that she lost $300,000 and felt betrayed when John saw the "anguish that I went through" at the time.
"I think what the real issue is here is that I have your ex-boyfriend," Alexis interjected. "That's what the real issue is. So guess what? Move on. We're moving forward in this relationship."

Shannon and Alexis have never met on 'RHOC', but they do have a history. Jim Bellino, Alexis' ex-husband, sued Shannon and Tamra Judge for slander in 2018.
Shannon won the lawsuit, as reported by PEOPLE in October 2020, but she has since claimed that she wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars defending herself.
John Janssen quits 3-year relationship with Shannon Beador to pursue RHOC's Alexis Bellino
John ended his relationship with Shannon in November 2022, a week after Season 17 of the successful Bravo series concluded production. The two had been dating for almost three years and remained friends, but they stopped contact in late September, shortly after she was jailed for DUI.
Shortly after, reports of John's fresh relationship with Alexis spread.
