After watching the latest episode of 'Real Housewives of Orange County', fans couldn't help but feel sorry for Braunwyn Windham Burke and slam the other housewives for being mean to her. Season 15 of 'RHOC' saw Braunwyn admitting that she was an alcoholic and trying to work on it. Although she finally came to terms with her addiction, she still wasn't comfortable sharing the news of her addiction with her fellow housewives.

She only confided in Emily Simpson, who was the first one to point out to Braunwyn that she could be an alcoholic. So Braunwyn reached out to Emily and admitted that she was right with her observation, and apologized for treating her poorly. Braunwyn was also forced to come clean to Shannon Beador, after her mother, Dr Deb, told former housewife Tamra Judge about it. Braunwyn didn't want Shannon to learn about her addiction through rumors, so she decided to confess it herself. But she felt she needed some more time before she could open up to the other housewives.

Unfortunately for Braunwyn, things didn't turn out the way she had planned. At Shannon's housewarming party, the housewife got into a bitter fight with Gina Kirschenheiter, where she was called "sloppy chihuaha" for being drunk all the time, Braunwyn then snapped and revealed that she was 30 days sober. All the housewives learned about her addiction after watching the fight. Unfortunately, none of them seemed to empathize with her much.

Although Gina admitted in her green room interview that she did feel sympathy for Braunwyn battling her addiction, she still wasn't willing to give her a pass for commenting about her house. Shannon, on the other hand, was initially very supportive towards Braunwyn, but she was upset with the housewife for accusing of calling Gina's house "small and depressing". So Shannon decided to step back, as she was still feeling hurt over Braunwyn's actions. Kelly Dodd and Emily Simpson were probably the worst culprits, as they were not only non-supportive towards Braunwyn but also passed a remark about how she was better when she was drunk.

Fans were annoyed to see other housewives ganging up on Braunwyn despite knowing that she was struggling with sobriety. A fan tweeted, "Braunwyn is all over the place but these women are so Regina George! FGS! She just said that Shannon said Gina’s house was SMALL... and sad, or depressing... Braunwyn: “One of those” #RHOC." "Not a big fan of Braunwyn BUT to make fun of a woman who is obviously struggling and fighting an addiction is extremely f$%ked up! Disgusting trash women of #rhoc," wrote another fan. Another fan commented, "So far I see @braunwyn being open and raw and all the rest of the #RHOC being total a**holes."

Another fan expressed, "These women are so mean to @braunwyn when she came forward that she's newly sober and @GKirschenheiter just continues to be a mean girl to her and mocks her. Its so gross #RHOC." "I never tag housewives in hate but @RealOCEmily I really hope you know that you're a pos for saying that you like Brauwyn better drunk after pretending to support her sobriety and being the one to call her out on it last year (and I don't feel bad for tagging a Trumpie pos) #RHOC," shared an annoyed fan. Another fan suggested that Braunwyn should just ditch the show and focus on getting healthy. "These women are absolutely brutal - Braunwyn should get healthy and ditch this show #RHOC."
