'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills': Sutton slammed by fans after she criticizes Teddi's maternity dress
Sutton Stracke may think that she's trendy and stylish with all her designer and couture outfits, but unfortunately, fans don't seem to share the same opinion of her. The newest addition to 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Sutton, has been constantly trying to solidify her position in the group as a fashionista, but her attempts aren't meeting with much success.
The latest episode of 'RHOBH' featured the self-proclaimed fashionista suggesting that she can help her fellow housewife Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave with styling her clothes. Teddi has often been criticized for her lack of fashion, so Sutton assumed that she would be doing Teddi a favor by helping her style her outfits. As soon as Sutton suggested that, Dorit Kemsley quickly swooped to Teddi's rescue and assured her that she looked fine.
Fans seem to agree with Dorit on this one and felt that Sutton shouldn't be critiquing anybody's sense of style considering what she wears. A fan tweeted, "Sutton’s shaming Teddi’s maternity dress while wearing something that reminds me of early 90s puff paint and plastic jewel creations. #rhobh." Another fa wrote, "I know sutton ain’t talking bout STYLE!!! even teddi dresses better than her #RHOBH."
"How’s Sutton gonna offer Teddi style tips when she be wearing these bedazzled paper sacks I mean.....#RHOBH," wondered a fan.
Another fan expressed, "While Teddi’s dress may have not been the best choice, Sutton’s clothes never seem to fit her properly. #RHOBH." "I know Sutton isn’t talking about Teddy with her hideous outfits she wear. Idc if that sh*t is couture. #RHOBH #sutton #teddi," pointed out a fan. Another fan commented, "Sutton looks like she’s wearing an apron that a kindergarten class painted for her, and she’s judging a pregnant Teddi’s fashion?? I honestly don’t think Teddi looks that bad. Give the girl a break, my sweet Sutton! #RHOBH."
Thankfully no fight broke out between Teddi and Sutton. Sutton and Teddi have had a very rocky beginning to their friendship. When Sutton met Teddi, she expressed that she found Teddi to be 'boring'. This offended Teddi so much that she broke down at a party and left crying. Sutton later apologized to Teddi and tried amending their friendship. Although Teddi accepted Sutton's apology, their friendship is still very shaky. So, Sutton might want to hold back her opinion on Teddi's style.
