Episode 1 ends with a lot of turmoil. Kenya refuses to speak to Marlo because she is in agony. Even though everyone was talking about Marlo's show, she has only focused her energies on Kandi, Drew, and Kenya. In the second episode's preview, we see Kenya connecting with Shereé. She spills some new information about Drew. Drew and Sheree appear to have the same assistant. He has been passing on Sheree's business information to Drew without her knowledge. Sheree is taken aback by the news.
Marlo, on the other hand, is seen navigating what she refers to as "muntyhood." Marlo has enjoyed more pleasant family time at home since she welcomed her two nephews into her home. The new owner of Le' Archive and one of her nephews can be seen leisurely dancing to music. Sanya Richards-Ross's household in Atlanta is another one we're following this season. Sanya relocated to Atlanta to be closer to her family... literally! In addition to her mother and father, she lives with her sister, brother-in-law, and two nephews. So we have a FULL HOUSE!
Todd Tucker, who makes his debut this season with episode 2, is seen at home arguing with his wife, Kandi Burruss. At home, they appeared to struggle to achieve equilibrium. On the other hand, things aren't going so well in the Pittmans' house. Later at lunch, Ralph can also be seen conversing with Todd and Sanya's husband, Aaron Ross. While he tries to justify his actions to his assistant and explain his innocence, Todd, like the other ladies, does not appear to believe him. Ralph and Drew were spotted squabbling over his "assistant" and decided to settle their differences, their way. Ralph recreates the atmosphere in which he proposed to Drew to demonstrate to her that "no woman can ever come close to her." However, things appear to have taken an unusual turn as the clip concludes with Ralph claiming "tonight was not the night to fix anything" and eventually departing, while his wife, Drew, sobs at the table.
