ATLANTA, GEORGIA: The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak has been the target of online trolling due to her latest social media picture.

Kim shared a photo on her Instagram story featuring herself alongside her former nanny. She wrote,"@bertha.salazar.9484 came to visit the kiddos today! In case you didn't know from the show she was our nanny for 10 yrs. Love her mucho with KJ since he was 6 months."

Although the intention behind her story is sweet, the picture has since gone viral as users have written about how 'different' Kim looks recently.

A user wrote, "Mouth looks like the weird AI smile Facetune puts on pics" while another commented, "She f****d with her nose WAY too many times and the artificial cartilage they put in the tip is nearly piercing through her skin. Jesus fucking Christ it’s almost a Michael Jackson situation."

One user said," she is unrecognizable I could barely tell this was her" while another wrote, "There’s so many levels to that nose job…"

A user even posted, "Please say this isn’t Kim. Those veneers are over the top and what’s with the bizarre nose tip??"

'RHOA' star Kim Zolciak-Biermann and ex-husband Kroy Biermann monitored by a 'parent fitness evaluator' amid divorce

Amid the ongoing custody battle between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, the couple will undergo a parental fitness assessment conducted by an outside party.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a parental fitness evaluator has been appointed to assess and interview the estranged couple and their four minor children: Kroy “KJ” Jr., aged 12, Kash, aged 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, aged 10. The evaluator will conduct home visits to observe the family's dynamics and may also visit the children's schools.

Additionally, the evaluator may consult with other professionals who have worked with the family to gather additional insights.

The involvement of an outside authority marks the latest development in the ongoing divorce proceedings between Kim Zolciak, aged 45, and Kroy Biermann, aged 38, which commenced in May 2023. The couple's separation has been marked by ongoing disputes over custody arrangements for their children.

In addition to their four minor children, Biermann is also the adopted father of Brielle, aged 26, and Ariana, aged 22, whom Zolciak welcomed in a previous relationship.

The paperwork reveals that the couple "defaulted on their mortgage," prompting the bank to state its intention to exercise its rights and proceed with the foreclosure if the outstanding debt is not settled.

Despite Biermann's previous request for a restraining order against the foreclosure, Truist Bank's filing argues that this request "must be denied."
