New BFFs Caroline Stanbury and Nina Ali along with their children went to the Atlantis Suite, a luxury hotel in Dubai. Both the housewives bonded and talked about their newfound frienship. Nina was heard saying she wanted to give a humble upbringing to her children because it is so easy to be spoiled in UAE. Caroline, 46, then mentioned how her 16-year old daughter Yasmine is so different compared to her. Unlike Caroline, Yasmine is not interested in glam and most other things. At the same time, Caroline commented that her husband Sergio Carrallo, 27, needs a child of his own. When Caroline asked her daughter Yasmine about having a new sibling, the latter cringed and voiced her disapproval.

Yasmine made it clear to her mother that she is not allowed to have a child just because her stepfather Sergio wants it. Caroline replied she is not having a baby immediately but plans to freeze her eggs. When Caroline mentioned "little Sergio", Yasmine could only pretend to retch and called Sergio a "manchild".

Twitter echoed Yasmine's sentiment. A fan tweeted "Caroline daughter spilling all the tea on Sergio. We already know he a man child and just one of the girls lol #RHODubai". "I know Caroline’s daughter did not call her step father a man child. #RHODubai" another tweet read. "Not Caroline daughter dragging Sergio #RHODubai" a fan commented. "Not Caroline’s daughter eating Sergio up #RHODubai" one tweeted. "This reading of Sergio. I mean, he is still gonna act childish in ways, he’s 27. #RHODubai" a fan noted. "Caroline’s daughter is in Sergio’s neck and I’m here for it!! #RHODubai," another fan tweeted.

The teenager continued to berate Sergio and said they don’t need another actual child in the house. Yasmine said Sergio needed to have a reality check on the children front and reminded her mom that she already has three children. Caroline mentioned that Sergio “needs one eventually,” to which Yasmine snapped back, “No he doesn’t.” Yasmine joked that Sergio "can stay married to you and have a kid with someone else". In another scene Caroline said in her confessional that her children view Sergio as their big brother and not as a stepfather.
