Carmela Raber feels a 'little envious' of Sabrina

The upcoming season of 'Return to Amish' will see Carmela and Jeremiah opening up on trying to have a child together. In the trailer, the couple is seen at the doctor's office, as the doctor explains that stress can lead to infertility. After this Jeremiah opens up that he is stressed as he recently found out his real biological father was killed and he might be the reason for it.

Later, the couple finds out that their co-star Sabrina is pregnant once again, and Carmela admits, "I am a little envious. You see them having this and can't help but want it for yourselves too." Carmela and Jerimiah have children from their previous relationships, but they have been trying to have a baby together for the past four years. Though it seems like a baby might not be on the charts for them, we will have to wait and find out their fate.

Inside Jeremiah and Carmela Raber's turbulent marriage

Jeremiah and Carmela had an odd way of meeting. Carmela sent Jeremiah a private message on Facebook, they initially connected there. Soon after their little wedding in her hometown of Vancouver, Washington, trouble started to seep into their marriage. Many issues have plagued their relationship, including Jeremiah's search for his biological family, drug addiction, and allegations of violence. Jeremiah was detained in April 2017 on suspicion of domestic abuse after allegedly hitting his wife.

The couple filed for divorce soon after the incident, according to Radar Online, but never actually went through with it. Camela reportedly returned back with her children to her hometown in Washington State after the violence between the pair reportedly got too terrible. After registering in marriage counseling, the couple seemed to have reconciled. Jeremiah said in a YouTube video titled 'Brand New Start!' that he had started improving himself. Though now the couple seems to be going strong, they still have issues they will navigate through in Season 7 of 'Return to Amish'.

'Return to Amish' will premiere on Tuesday, March 14 at 10 pm ET on TLC.
