Bryan and Sarah Baeumler have 12 weeks to make sure the hotel of their dreams is fixed in time. However, with many things still incomplete, the pair has to make sure everything is done on time. With time running out of their hand, the pair has to make sure they work together and are on the same page when it comes to making decisions.

In the latest episode (July 26), Sarah and Bryan decided to finally pay attention to their lobby area. The two had been ignoring the place as it was being used as a storage room for everything since it was big enough to accommodate all the things in one place. However, with only a couple of weeks in their hand, Sarah knew that it was an area that could not be ignored.

Sarah worried that it would not be completed on time and wondered about all the things that were left on their list of tasks to have a lobby that was fit enough to welcome the guests. While Sarah complained things were not going fast enough, Bryan did not like the tone she used and asked her to take a tool bag and start working as well. However, she was quick to respond that she had been putting in a lot of effort to make sure the staff was in place, they had the bedding, had uniforms and other managerial tasks were completed. The two soon understood that it was best to focus on the things they had in hand rather than engage in an argument.

The two analyzed the space and quickly jotted a plan that would help complete everything on time. This was not the first time when the two disagreed on something. The pair had different ideas about how they wanted the spa room to look. Sarah wanted to have a bigger door to make sure the guests would be able to enjoy the view.

However, Bryan said that the guests would be facing the floor while getting a spa and it would not make a difference if the door is bigger or not. He ensured her that they would make the door bigger if it was affecting the revenue. The two finally managed to come on the same page and decided to focus on building a place that would be fit enough to welcome guests.

'Renovation Island' airs on Sundays at 8 pm ET on HGTV.
