Sarah and Bryan Baeumler may have just gotten down to beginning their ambitious project of renovating their $10 million resort in the Bahamas, but they already have their first setback staring at them. The upcoming episode will feature Sarah ordering a huge consignment of tiles for their renovation work. Now, we all know how important tiles are when it comes to enhancing the aesthetics of a space. As an interior designer, Sarah is fully aware of it and goes to great length to find the perfect tile for the resort.

Considering, the resort is in a remote island called Andros in the Bahamas, the accessibility is a major issue. A ship comes once a week to the dock carrying all the packages and essentials. So, after a long wait, when Sarah finally receives her consignment she is excited to see the tiles. Unfortunately, when the interior designer/ resort owner opens the package to see a totally different set of tiles, she is not only left feeling upset but also disappointed.

Sarah spent a fortune on the tiles, so she is adamant about getting her choice, whereas Bryan points out how the whole ordeal of sending the consignment back and receiving the other consignment with new tiles may be an exercise in futility because it would just add on to their ever-growing spending. We can expect to see some tension between the couple over the tiles.

It's not just the tiles that the couple grapple with when it comes to the renovation of their newly-acquired resort. Bryan has been running around trying to get the electricity connection for the resort. When he finally hears back from the electricity supply department, he sees an estimate of $25,000 sent to him for laying down the electricity line across the vast 10-acres resort. We are certain that Bryan isn't happy about it, but it's an expense that he can't avoid, so we will just have to watch to see how he handles the situation. Aside from their budget crisis, the team will continue their battle against termites and rust. After watching the preview, we can't help but wonder if the couple is already second-guessing their decision to take on the ambitious renovation project.

'Renovation Island' airs every Sunday, at 8 pm only on HGTV.
