‘Real Housewives of Orange County’: Fans call out Tamra for being a hypocrite after she says she dislikes Donald Trump’s treatment of women
In the recently aired episode of ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ (RHOC), we saw a classic situation of the pot calling the kettle black being played out when housewife Tamra Judge revealed that she doesn’t like US President Donald Trump’s treatment of women. She revealed that she doesn’t like Trump because of the way he talks about women and his “bedside manners”.
Tamra and her older son- Ryan, a proud Trump supporter were sitting at a doctor’s office when the reality star commented about her son’s fashion choice. Ryan was sporting a shirt with an American flag printed all over it. She wonders when her son got so patriotic. Then in her green room interview, she explains that although she “personally” doesn’t like Trump, she won’t be judging her son’s political choices. She then explains her reasons behind her dislike of our current president. Trump’s treatment of women and his “poor bedside manners” apparently don’t align with the housewife’s ideologies.
Many fans couldn’t believe their ears when they heard that the fitness guru doesn’t like Trump’s behavior towards women considering the way she herself treats women. Several fans took to their social media to give Tamra a reality check. A fan tweeted, “#RHOC Hits rewind and watches how tamra acted on the train and restaurant. Now she has issues with how trump acts. Give me a break”. Another fan wrote, “Tamra “not liking Trump personally” is a joke. Is she friends with him?! And she talks about him being offensive? Look in the mirror! #RHOC”. Another fan pointed out the housewife’s hypocrisy with, “Hey, Tamra you don’t like the way Trump talks about women? Does he get them naked wasted you hypocrite #RHOC”. “Tamara doesn’t like Trumps bedside manner? How the hell does she know. #rhoc”, wrote an annoyed fan.
Tamra's poor behavior towards her fellow housewives has been very well documented through the course of the series. We have time and again seen the housewife indulge in misogynistic ways. In one of the earlier seasons, we saw her getting one of the former housewives drunk and encouraged her son to make an advance on the drunk housewife. In another episode of this season, we saw Tamra grabbing her fellow housewife- Braunwyn's breasts without Braunwyn's consent. So, fans were unhappy to see Tamra saying that Trump's treatment of women was poor when she herself indulges in such behavior.
