Todd Gurley is all set to field offers in San Fernando Valley. The former Los Angeles Rams star has put his Chatsworth home of three years on the market for $2.295M. Gurley's house was famous for hosting celebrity pickup games on his private court with stars like Cam Newton, YG and Quavo. Gurley boasts a $4M net worth and he has made close to $40M in contract money in his five-year career, according to TMZ Sports. The Times confirmed that the listing comes a few months after Gurley Player bought another LA home from actor Taylor Lautner in an off-market deal for $4.2M.
The house is situated within the gated Indian Falls Estate — this guarded community is home to some of the biggest A-listers of Hollywood. The house boasts an area of 5,133 sqft and was built in 2005. The two-storey property includes a custom swimming pool with a waterfall and slide, a barbecue island and a basketball half-court. Gurley purchased the 5,100 sqft house in 2017 for $1.825M.

He was also named AP NFL Offensive Player of the Year following the 2017 season after scoring 19 offensive touchdowns back then.
