Tiger Wood's infamous ex-mistress Rachel Uchitel was asked to vacate her Upper East Side pad over unpaid rent racking up to $50,000, reports claim. "I have no intention of hurting people or stealing from people. I was in the middle of a pandemic like everyone else," Rachel defended herself in a comment to Page Six.

Apparently, it was 2019 when she moved into the $3200-a-month rental property. In the months that followed, she had issues paying the rent. It was in May 2020 when she completely stopped paying the rent. By this time, she owed landlord Sherwood Allan Salvan $25,550, who confirmed to the publication that Rachel packed her bags and moved out in February 2021. Even then, she would have to cough up $19,200 for rent between January and June 2021, that's when the lease expires. In addition to this, she has to settle property damage bills, fees and interest that have amounted to upwards of $4000.

Rachel had filed for bankruptcy in July 2020 and therefore, Sherwood is now suing her guarantor for the money she owes, the outlet revealed. The guarantor has now created fresh problems for the owner saying that a fraud has been perpetrated. "My signed guaranty for a one-year lease was attached by somebody to a two-year lease which I did not know about or agree to,” she apparently wrote in a motion and further claimed that: “There are various defenses to non-payment of rent that are COVID-related remedies from the state, local and federal government."

Although Rachel's explanation is believable when she says: "There was an eviction moratorium and I was waiting to see what the city was going to do and waiting to see how my job and my life was going to pan out," but she recently signed a six-figure deal to be the face of a dating app. 'Seeking Arrangement' serves as a platform for those who are looking to date older men/ women in the hope of financial support.

"It’s for people who want to be transparent about what they want walking into a relationship," she said of the site and added that she has been looking for love. “I’m a … love addict. I am not a transactional person.” Reports claim she has been dating a married lawyer she met on the same app she has been endorsing for a while now. Could be a PR stunt? Let's hope so.

Also, she belongs to an influential family. Her paternal grandfather was a rich Russian who once owned the popular nightclub in New York, El Morocco. In his will, he left her $150,000. This aside, she has amassed impressive wealth by working in several nightclubs in managerial positions. She also reported for news networks such as CNBC and Bloomberg. According to a Celebrity Net Worth report, she has a net worth of $500,000.
