As Hae-in grapples with her illness, Hyun-woo steps up to become her pillar of support. His care and affection for her deepen, creating a new dynamic in their relationship.

Hyun-woo pledges his love to Hae-in, vowing to be by her side until the end. Her response – a sarcastic 'die together'– throws him off guard.

Scrambling, he hides the divorce papers and feigns concern, asking about the doctor's visit. Hae-in, still in shock, playfully relays how the doctor mixed up their test results.

Hong Hae recalls a strange hallucination, a feeling of being constantly transported from place to place. Disorientation washed over her as she tried to piece together the fragmented memories of the past few minutes, a disjointed puzzle with missing pieces.

The first two episodes of 'Queen of Tears' are available to stream on Netflix
