SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA: Episode 11 of 'Queen of Tears' delivered an emotional rollercoaster, forcing Hong Hae-in (Kim Ji-won) to confront her life. Her illness sent shockwaves through both families, with her mother consumed by guilt.

Meanwhile, Yoon Eun-seong's (Park Sung-hoon) desperate attempts to win Hae-in back escalated, leading to a tense showdown with Baek Hyun-woo (Kim Soo-hyun).

Episode 11 of 'Queen of Tears' is packed with emotional turmoil and hidden agendas. Hae-in collapses after revealing her illness, leaving everyone shocked and heartbroken. Her mother blames herself and apologizes for past pain.

Meanwhile, Eun-seong's company suffers due to the conference and he desperately tries to win Hae-in back, even offering to buy Hyun-woo off. This leads to a tense confrontation between the two men.

The episode ends with a shocking cliffhanger. Hae-in reveals her worsening illness to Hyun-woo, who is devastated. They head to a storage space to find the Chairman's fund, but Eun-seong is also on their trail.

As they leave, Hae-in spots a car following them. To her horror, two Hyun-woos appear – one outside the car and one driving. The episode ends before we know who the mysterious figure is.
