A 38-year-old professor has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the University of Florida after they investigated him for sexual misconduct, according to reports.
The professor, identified as Kelly A Jordan, sued his former workplace last month in Alachua County, claiming that he was preparing to leave the school for a lucrative offer at another university when he was told that he would be put on administrative leave pending a Title IX investigation, the Daily Mail reported.
