Lin Wood now wants Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue arrested for fraud
Controversial attorney Lin Wood on Saturday, December 26, lashed out at Georgia’s poll-bound Republican Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue besides the state’s GOP Governor Brian Kemp on social media. He said the trio should be arrested for election fraud and urged the party’s supporters to stay away from the January 5 runoff elections.
The Peach State is set to witness two crucial Senate elections in the first week of 2021 as their outcomes will decide who will dominate the chamber next. The Republicans have a 50-48 lead over the Democrats and both sides are now looking to win the remaining two seats that saw no decisive winner in the November elections. If the Dems can make it 50-50, then their Vice President-elect Kamala Harris will have the tie-breaking vote. Loeffler is being challenged by Raphael Warnock while Perdue has a contender in Jon Ossoff.
Wood, who has accused the Georgia Senate candidates in the past of not doing enough to back President Donald Trump’s quest to overturn the results of the November 3 presidential election, has also asked the GOP supporters to boycott the key elections to the chamber if the incumbent senators didn't fight for the president. He has now tweeted a post which read under the title ‘The Dominion Algorithm’: “The Georgia election fraud committed by anti-Trump RINOs Brian Kemp, Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue against President Trump and Doug Collins was accomplished using the Dominion Voting Systems Algorithm.
“The algorithm was never designed for unheard-of levels of GOP non-participation. The algorithm will steal votes from the GOP, but there will be so few in heavily Democratic precincts that GOP vote totals will go negative.”
“The fraud will be so obvious, SCOTUS can then invalidate the presidential election. Real conservative senators can then be appointed, after Kemp, Perdue and Loeffler's arrest,” it added.

Wood, who has represented Kyle Rittenhouse, the pro-Trump teen who was charged in Kenosha shooting in August, also wrote in his tweet: “I have received much criticism for demanding that GA fix the 11/3 fraud before we vote in 1/5 runoff. In full disclosure, I am not a fan of any of the 4 candidates in Senate runoff. Communists or China compromised in my opinion. I just want an HONEST election. Don’t you?”
Wood recently filed a lawsuit to halt the runoffs -- one of his many legal actions to achieve the same. The Atlanta-based lawyer has been insisting that it was Trump who actually won the presidential election and has attacked Georgia’s officials over the matter. But his efforts so far have not brought any returns.
Last month, Wood, who is sometimes called the “attorney for the damned” -- filed a suit against Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger saying that in settling a lawsuit with the Democratic Party in March this year, the latter made changes to election policy that were unconstitutional.

The demagogue in the 68-year-old attorney also came out at a ‘Stop the Steal’ rally in Atlanta earlier in December where he claimed the presidential election was rigged-not only by the Democrats and China’s communist government but also “by the company that manufactured Georgia’s voting machines and the state officials who purchased them”.
Wood, who was wearing Trump's favorite MAGA cap, also told the cheering crowd: “It’s 1776 in America again. You’re not going to take our freedom. We’re going to fight for our liberty. We’re going to send that message today, and we’re going to send it all the way to Beijing, China!”
