President Donald Trump on Wednesday said that his proposed border wall cannot be "immoral" because even the Vatican City has its own 40 feet wall for its defense, according to reports. The president made the statement after meeting Congressional Democrats at the White House and told them that the Vatican "has the biggest wall of them all."
The meeting was held concerning the ongoing government shutdown which was imposed after Democrats refused to allow $5 billion to be put in the Congressional budget for Trump's controversial wall on the Mexico border, and which he promised to build in an effort to keep illegal immigrants at bay.
