'Power Book II: Ghost' Episode 4: Is Jabari-Carrie's sexual drama necessary? Fans say they don't 'give a damn'

Fans say that the Jabari-Carrie story is highly unecessary and added that it does not contribute to the storyline in anyway

Jabari needs a new place to have sex, because honestly, we're tired of watching him get down and dirty in his office, every week.

'Power Book II: Ghost' resembled the original series with the latest episode as there was practically a sex scene every 10 minutes. So, everyone got to have some fun, except for Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr), who's still got his eyes on the goal. But he managed to get a few kisses in too, with two girls no less. Tariq's a player, no doubt. Nevertheless, this isn't about Tariq, this is about the 'unnecessary' ongoing affair between Jabari and Carrie. Last week, we saw Jabari having some outrageous fun with his student in the office and this time, it was with Carrie. A long-winded argument between them had this happy result.

Fans couldn't care less about the two of them and said that they are just downright toxic and don't even add anything to the story, which is true if you think about it. "Give these professors a different show so I can choose not to watch them. What's their purpose? #PowerGhost #PowerBook2," a fan wrote.

"This little professor love side story is unnecessary #PowerGhost," another tweeted.

"I’m into #powerghost but I don’t give a damn about whatever happened between these professors," another wrote.

"This overdramatized fight between Carrie and the other professor what’s his name is so dumb. Now I see why #PowerBook2 is shoving all this weird sexual drama into this one episode. The mid season finale is next week. #powerghost," a fan tweeted.

Some were not quite polite with their words. "I don’t think we’ll be seeing this professor storyline next season. These MFs Carrie & Jabari wearing me thin. Carrie a dominatrix deep down and Jabari a bottom door w***e. #PowerBook2," they wrote.

Apart from this, Davis McLean and Paula did the nasty too, and fans were more keen to see their entanglement as Davis is married. Next week is the mid-season finale, so it remains to be seen what happens.

'Power Book II: Ghost' airs on StarZ on Sundays at 8 pm.
