MOSCOW, IDAHO: Police have released the footage of Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger getting pulled over along with his father, Michael Kohberger, for driving too close to a van on December 15 on the I-70 outside Indianapolis.
According to Daily Mail, The Hancock County Sheriff’s Department captured the moment an officer approached the suspect outside Indiana. In the video, we can hear the duo claiming that there had been a "massive shooting" at Washington State University. Later, his father added that a 'SWAT team' descended on the campus, and the father also stated that the shooting was "horrifying.."

Meanwhile, Kohberger can be seen speaking calmly to the police officers and also stated regarding how long they have been driving, The father also said that they left Washington State University to head home to Pennsylvania. He was caught for the second time within nine minutes while driving along I-70 in December. He was given only a verbal warning in both cases. Kohberger was arrested on Friday, December 31, for killing four University of Idaho students, Kaylee Goncalves, 21; Madison Mogen, 21, Ethan Chapin, 20 and Xana Kernodle, 20.
Kohberger, who appeared in court on Tuesday, January 4, said, "I love you" to his mother. Meanwhile, his sister comforted her mother as she cried throughout the hearing. Meanwhile, Warden Garry Haidle confirmed that Kohberger is no longer in his custody. However, he will be transported via plane back to Idaho. Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson said, "Once he gets here, he’ll have an initial appearance with our magistrate. They’ll deal with issues such as making sure competent counsel is representing him, and the case will be scheduled for hearings." Chief Public Defender of Kootenai County Ann Taylor will represent Kohberger in the court. He is charged with four counts of murder and one of felony burglary. Michael Mancuso, Monroe County 1st Assistant District Attorney, confirmed that they believed Kohberger was desperate to return to Idaho to find out the affidavit's contents.
Kohberger's family also said, "First and foremost we care deeply for the four families who have lost their precious children. There are no words that can adequately express the sadness we feel, and we pray each day for them. We will continue to let the legal process unfold and as a family we will love and support our son and brother. We have fully cooperated with law enforcement agencies in an attempt to seek the truth and promote his presumption of innocence rather than judge unknown facts and make erroneous assumptions. We respect privacy in this matter as our family and the families suffering loss can move forward through the legal process," reported WNEP.
