Bizarre World: People are rubbing toothpaste on their breasts to make them bigger
The world just keeps on getting crazier. In the latest bizarre trend, ‘health’ and ‘beauty’ influencers are encouraging people to try some of their techniques to get firmer and bigger breasts in a short period of time. These influencers believe that the solution to reduce sagging and make breasts grow larger is a blend of toothpaste in Vaseline.
It all started when one YouTuber called Naturalbeauty556 uploaded a video titled ‘Tighten Sagging Breats in Just 5 Days Using Toothpaste – No Joke’. With a headline so catchy, it is no surprise that people were drawn to see the secret to make one's breast look phenomenal. According to this YouTuber, a mixture of toothpaste, plain flour, egg whites, and grated cucumber will "tighten up your breasts like really, really crazy".
As reported by Metro, this is not the only video that is out there in the world of the internet making such bizarre claims. Another channel, Susana Home Remedies, suggests putting toothpaste on your nipples and rubbing Vaseline on your breasts, and claims that this mixture is just what one needs in order to make their breasts grow bigger. Now, if you are thinking people will not watch these videos, you are wrong.
These videos have received over a million views. However, it is not clear how many of them have actually tried this technique. But for those who want to try this, let us tell you in advance, it is not going to work, sister! Rubbing toothpaste, or anything for that matter is NOT going to stop your breasts from sagging and nor are they going to make them bigger.
In fact, there is nothing much that the toothpaste will do. However, you might have a feeling of tightness after applying the toothpaste but it is only because the toothpaste will be drying and as a result, it will make your body feel a bit tighter and dryer. This is one of the reasons people use toothpaste in order to treat their zits. If you don't believe us, try smudging some toothpaste on your palm and you will notice the same sensation but it will all fade away once you wash your hand.
A toothpaste, in reality, will not make any changes to your tissues in the body. Yes, they might make the surface smoother but that is about it. It does not have the power to penetrate your body and reach to the tissues to make your breasts look bigger. The same goes for Vaseline, you might feel that your breasts have become larger due to the petroleum jelly but you won't notice any increase in the actual size of the breasts.
Christopher Inglefield, medical director of the London Bridge Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Clinic also found this trend bizarre. "This bizarre advice simply preys on the many women who are unhappy with the size of their breasts and who might resort to bizarre “miracle fixes” to find a solution to their problem," he noted. "Sadly, like a lot of guidance on the internet, the vaseline and toothpaste method of breast augmentation is fake news and pure online quackery. Your breasts may end up smelling minty fresh, but it’s highly unlikely there will be any growth."
