What happens when Maxine Simmons meets Prince of Luxembourg in 'Palm Royale'?
When Maxine meets the Prince at one of the gatherings at Palm Royale Club, she offers him the cheque of $250,000 as part of Douglas' investment deal with him.
When the Dellacortes suggest sealing the moment through a picture, the Prince and his wife express their reluctance.
They repeatedly mention that they are shy and wouldn't pose for any pictures. They even decline Maxine's invitation to Beach Ball, which leaves her disheartened.
This ignites suspicion and we are left wondering if they are faking their identities or hiding something.
At this point, we assume that he is aware of Perry Donohue's fraudulent activities and is equally complicit in the scams.
