'OutDaughtered's' Danielle Busby is talking about the struggles people often face in their everyday life. The reality star spoke about feeling "grumpy" at times and how she is unable to point out the reason that she feels low in her blog. But amid all this, Danielle reflected on the importance of focusing on the good things in life.

"Sometimes I can’t put my finger on the exact cause…maybe just a mix of rollercoaster hormones, a messy house, a long to-do list, and plain ole’ exhaustion…but I let all these things contribute to my bad mood and it makes it hard to appreciate the good things in life sometimes! And when we don’t appreciate the good things, we focus on the bad," she said.

She continued, " I think the only cure for this is gratitude. It turns what we have, into enough. Most of us agree with the idea that everything good comes from God. But do our words and attitudes agree with it? " Danielle also spoke about paying attention to contentment and gratitude while highlighting how the two are different from one another.

"Contentment and gratitude aren’t identical, but they could be sisters," she said.  "Contentment is the beginning (and crucial!)  to having a grateful perspective. A grateful perspective realizes that God gives us all the good we have, gives him praise for it, and then believe His goodness is enough…it’s an attitude of gratitude."

Danielle reflected how Thanksgiving is often that occasion when people count their blessings. However, she questioned this system as she stated that it is important to count one's blessings every day and not just limit it to one season.

"God brought me too far and given me too many good gifts to let an ungrateful heart rule my attitudes and actions," she said. "Thanksgiving is near—a time when we celebrate gratitude, but I don’t want it to be limited to a season. I want to make gratitude a habit every single day of the year. How do I do that? By grounding myself in God’s Word!"

Danielle encouraged people to have faith in God and focus on things that bring them joy. She also advised people to eliminate anything that didn't make them feel good or brought down their spirits.
