'OutDaughtered': Adam fears Hazel will need another eye surgery as she complains of seeing things in two
Hazel Busby has had surgeries in the past for her eyes but it looks like she might need another one. In the latest episode (June 16), Adam Busby grew worried about Hazel's eye condition when she complained she can see things in two when she removes her glasses. The doctors had warned Danielle Busby and Adam that Hazel might need another surgery.
However, they did not expect it would be any time soon. Adam first started noticing something was wrong with Hazel when he realized she was tilting her head to the right more than usual. At the same time, when he removed her glasses, she struggled to keep her eye rooted to him and instead, search for where he might be.
She then revealed she was seeing everything in two when she removed her glasses. Adam revealed that the doctor had informed them that the day these things were noticed, it might be time for Hazel to get another surgery. Seeing how Hazel had been doing Adam was worried and scared how she would take the news. Knowing that she is all grown up and understands her situation better than earlier, he wondered if she would be strong enough to undergo surgery. Danielle knew it was time for Hazel to go to the doctor. However, when Hazel was informed about this, she complained about going.
Hazel stated that she would not reveal all the details about what was happening to her. Adam wondered if she would hide things from them about her situation just to stay away from the doctor's visit. While they hoped she would open up to the doctor, another worry up their sleeve was how they would visit the doctor with coronavirus spreading throughout the US.
Danielle received news that coronavirus was slowly spreading to different parts of the US and that school would be shut for two weeks. Adam and Danielle grew tended thinking about how it would affect their family as the time neared for them to head back home. Moreover, with Hazel having her eye problems again, the family had to ensure they could visit a doctor while staying safe.
With the uncertainty of the future, the Busby family struggled to understand what was to come for them.
