The Busby family had come back from their vacation but did not expect that they would be welcomed by a pandemic. Adam and Danielle Busby were worried about how the pandemic would affect the family. With the quints being asked to be homeschooled, the two had to take on the task of taking responsibility for their five daughters and Blayke Busby who was soon to turn nine.
As the two sat down to discuss what was happening around them, Danielle feared how would they manage things around the house with many restrictions being placed by the government. One of the biggest concerns for them was how would they buy sufficient groceries for their house. With six children, Danielle feared how would they buy enough supplies. She was frustrated to hear that people were allowed to buy one bottle of milk and they needed nearly two to three. Despite this, Danielle decided to drop by at the grocery store to make sure there are enough supplies to help them last two weeks.
When they reach the supermarket, she is shocked to find out all the tissue paper is sold out. They manage to stock up everything by going to different stores. Danielle and Adam then take on the task of telling the quints about what the virus is and how they should keep themselves safe. With coronavirus imposing social distancing, Adam and Danielle were aware they would also have to become teachers for their daughters. Adam and Danielle took turns to teach quints and Blayke but things were not too easy for them. With quints being hyper, it was hard for Danielle to manage everything.
She admitted that she just wanted to be a mother and enjoy the time with her daughters rather than be a teacher to them. To make matters worse, Danielle and Adam had to break the news to Blayke about how she would not be able to throw a sleepover on her birthday as a large crowd was not allowed. Luckily for them, she was understanding and admitted that she would be fine with not having a sleepover. Even though Blayke was happy to listen to her parents, the family still has a lot to deal with as coronavirus starts spreading rapidly and is declared as a pandemic.
'OutDaughtered' airs on Tuesdays at 9 pm ET on TLC.
